Seventh after Anti-christ comes out of the closet at about his 3rd year he will set aside all world religions including Islam because he will then be forcing the entire world to worship him. Paul says he will set up an image of the beast inside the holy of holies of the Jewish temple in Jerusalem 2 Thess 2:3-4.
